Mission
Restructuring doesn't send a memo first.
We want people to see it coming and have somewhere to go. Sagelion is a donor-funded studio in Singapore that teaches AI — free — to the people the tech rollout leaves behind.
What we believe
Built for real peopleMostly PMETs feeling the restructuring pressure. We're just as glad to have the deaf community, people with disabilities, and young seniors in the room. Everyone sits at the same table.
01
Rigour, not reassuranceRun by people who've sat through real restructurings. We teach what actually holds up — practical skills, honest limits, and no pep talks about "the future of work."
02
Free, and it stays freeDonors fund every seat. No one we serve ever pays to learn. We steward every dollar so it reaches the people in the room.
03
Why this exists
PMETs are getting the sharp end of this — roles reshaped or cut, often with little warning. Our founders spent 25 to 37 years in finance and tech, watching companies restructure from the inside. Sagelion is them putting that experience to use for the people it's actually happening to.
We don't think everyone needs to become an engineer. We think they need to be the person in the room who isn't afraid of the tools — who can read the risk early, build a small working toolkit, and leave with proof, not promises.
